•I am responsible for paying any deposits and other charter costs for my reservation when due.

•I am responsible for all costs for goods and services beyond those listed as included in the charter package.

•All charter guests agree to and will need to sign the general waiver and release form acknowledging and accepting the risks inherent in fishing excursions prior to arrival.

•Self-guided charter guests agree to and will need to sign the Rental Boat waiver and release form acknowledging and accepting the risks inherent in self-guided fishing excursions.

•The primary boat renter for a self-guided charter will need to sign the Power Boat Rental Contract prior to operating the boat.

•I understand that a deposit totaling 50% of the trip price is due Jan. 30 of the year of the trip, that the balance is due May 30 (except that trips booked after March 1 of the year of the trip must be paid in full no more than 30 days after booking and no fewer than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date), and that all deposits and payments are nonrefundable.

•I accept responsibility for securing my own trip protection insurance for myself and my party at my own expense if I choose to do so.

•I acknowledge and accept that I am responsible for transportation to and from Port Protection and may be responsible for overnight stay(s) in Petersburg in the event my travel includes an overnight stay either by design or due to unavoidable delays.

•I acknowledge and accept the risk that inclement weather, public health issues or other emergencies, or other circumstances out of the control of Underdog Sport Fishing may cause delays, loss of fishing time, transportation delays, variations in lodging, changes in meals, delays or loss of luggage or fish boxes and/or flight delays. I will not hold Underdog Sport Fishing responsible for such events which are due to conditions beyond the reasonable control of Underdog Sport Fishing.
