AhaTron Tech LLC Repair Service Agreement

This service agreement is a legally binding contract between AhaTron Tech LLC and the client for the Mail-in repair services.

 

At AhaTron Tech LLC we handle your device as our own, we try our best to help you. BUT, we are just dealing with electronics, they are NOT predictable. Your device may be beyond repair or maybe permanently damaged during repair. Especially liquid damaged devices can fail without any warning because of the short circuit, corrosion or else.

Screens are very delicate and can crack or break during the prying process. We are highly experienced and the risk of screen breaking is minimal, but glass can break and risks do exist.   

We give you roughly estimate before you ship your device to us, we do not guarantee that estimate is final repair fee, this quote is given based on how you describe the issue. We cannot give you exact quote until we inspect your device. We may find additional problem affecting your device. Once we inspect your device we will update you the quote, all the quote has to be approved by you to continue work on your device.

We do not accept liability of data, Ahatron Tech LLC does not guarantee the safety of your data. No Liability for any data lost during the repair. If we know that our repair process affects your data you will be informed.

We have 60days limited warranty for all the repairs. Replacement parts used to service is also warrantied for 60 days from the date of the service. If physical damage occurs on your device it will not be covered. When you bring your own part we only responsible for the installation, we do not cover the parts. Modifying existing hardware is not guaranteed.

Once we receive your device we will inspect and send you a quote. we start working on your devices as soon as you approve the repair quote, your service may get delayed if you do not approve the quote. Most of our repairs are completed in 1-5 business days, but we can not guarantee how long the service will take. You may request expedite repair service if you wish to and there will be charges of $45.

For most of motherboard repair especially liquid damaged device we charge a repair attempt fee. If your device repair or data recovery is unsuccessful you will be charged repair attempt fee $45 for the time we spent on your device.

We ask all customers to pick up their devices within 30 days of repair completion. After that, if we do not hear from you a storage fee will be applied to your account. After 6 moths if we still don't hear from you, your device considered as abandoned and recycled by AhaTron Tech LLC.

We recommend you to use plenty of bubble wraps or foam to pack your device. We do not cover any damages occurred during shipping process. Shipping fee is not included in the quote that we give you. If your device repair is not successful or you choose not to fix it, you will be responsible for shipping fee to return back your device.
