The SoundCollective™ Premium Membership Agreement
 
The following SoundCollective™ Premium Membership agreement is between the "Client", referred to as Premium Member, and the SoundCollective™.
 
The SoundCollective™ Premium Membership program is an elite club offered to prominent music industry professionals designed as a space to maximize their creative potential.
As a SoundCollective™ Premium Member, you have access to the following:
•Rehearsal Space and Practice Rooms
•A State Of The Art Recording Studio
•Live Stream Room
•A professional workstation featuring industry-standard hardware, software, and an optional Apple MacBook Pro computer
•Member exclusive jam sessions and ensembles
•Member exclusive events
•1 Guest Pass Per Month
 
At SoundCollective™, we understand your impact and influence on the creative community. With this in mind, we waive the membership fee in exchange for the following:
•The Premium Member agrees to make social media posts on one or more of their social media channels promoting membership either once per month or once every five visits, depending on the frequency of visits.
•The Premium Member agrees to have their likeness and associated artist branding used in a member spotlight profile.
•The Premium Member agrees to be filmed and photographed while in the SoundCollective™ space.
 
Terms and Conditions
Studio time, practice rooms, and rehearsal space must be scheduled with a SoundCollective™ representative a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The SoundCollective™ staff reserves the right to require a Solid State Logic (SSL) certified engineer for recording sessions held in the recording studio for an additional fee. Engineers are also available at the request of the Premium Member. Contact a SoundCollective™ representative for more information. Qualifying Premium Member social media posts are limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Additionally, you must use #SoundCollectiveMembership and tag @SoundCollectiveNYC in the caption. Using other social media platforms outside the accepted services will not meet the social media commitment. If Professional workstations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Members can use a SoundCollective™ provided Apple MacBook Pro or their own laptop. If a Premium Member opts in to use a SoundCollective™ owned MacBook Pro, the Premium Member acknowledges the facility-owned computer will be erased and reset at the end of each business day. If a Premium Member brings their own laptop, SoundCollective™ is not responsible for any loss or damage to a Premium Member's property. The SoundCollective™ is unable to provide technical support for gear not owned by the SoundCollective™. Premium Members are expected to treat SoundCollective™ equipment with care. Any damage to SoundCollective™ property may result in the termination of this agreement and legal action. Guests of SoundCollective™ Premium Members are the responsibility of the Premium Member. Any damage to SoundCollective™ property may result in the termination of the Premium Member’s agreement, the banning of guests from joining the SoundCollective™ Premium Membership, and legal action. SoundCollective™ reserves the right to cancel an individual session or a Premium Member’s Membership at any time without notice.
