This contract is between Kitteny LLC (“Company”) and the model, for the photoshoot taking place on April 8, 2023.
I. Scope of work
Model is engaged for an on-location photoshoot in Los Angeles, California for the duration of no longer than one hour.
II. Fees
Model will be compensated with a $100 gift card for kitteny.com, redeemable any time before December 31, 2023. The gift card will be delivered via email the day of the shoot.
III. Working Conditions
There will be no nudity, and any images with accidental nudity will be deleted.
Model has the right to decline to wear garments they don’t feel comfortable being photographed in.
Model will have a private area to change.
Garments/accessories will be sanitary - any previously worn clothing will be washed and/or steamed, and any footwear will be sanitized.
IV. Model Consent
In consideration of my engagement as a model, I hereby grant the following rights and permissions to Kitteny, LLC. They have the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right to take, re-use, and publish photographs and videos of me, excluding any nudity. Media taken on this photoshoot may be used in print and digital media, including but not limited to social media, advertising, and for online sales.
I hereby waive the right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product, advertising copy, or other matter that may be used in conjunction.
I hereby warrant that I am comfortable having my size and/or measurements published online.
I hereby warrant that I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This document shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
