Distribute Digital - Get Started & Grow & Growth Level Initiative - Website Design Sign-Off
This document serves as the formal approval and sign-off of the design phase for the Get Started & Grow Business Services - Website project. By signing this document, the Beneficiary confirms that they are satisfied with the design and understand that any further design changes may incur additional charges.
The design phase includes the following deliverables:
◦Website design mockups
◦Page layouts for the agreed-upon content pages
By signing below, the Beneficiary confirms the following:
a.Approval of Design: The Beneficiary has reviewed and approves the design deliverables listed above.
b.Acceptance of Responsibility: The Beneficiary understands that any changes to the approved design may result in additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in layout, colour scheme, typography, and any other design elements.
c.Next Phase Commencement: The development phase will commence following the sign-off of this document. Any design changes requested after this sign-off will be considered additional work and billed accordingly.
Additional design changes will be charged based on the estimated time required to implement them. The Provider will provide a quote for these changes upon request.
