1.Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Weekly Men's Circles may involve physical, emotional, and mental activities that could carry certain inherent risks. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk.

2.Medical Condition and Physical Fitness: I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities associated with the Weekly Men's Circles. I have no medical conditions or physical limitations that would prevent me from safely participating in these activities. If I have any concerns about my health, I will consult with a healthcare professional before participating. I acknowledge that Weekly Men’s Circles and activities are not intended as medical therapy, nor are they intended to supersede or replace any advice given by any medical or psychiatric health care worker. I understand that the Leaders are not trained psychotherapists or licensed counselors, and are not qualified to diagnose, prescribe or treat physical or mental illness.

3.Release of Liability: I hereby release Explr, LLC, its employees, agents, representatives, and facilitators from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, or damage that may be sustained by me during my participation in the Weekly Men's Circles, including but not limited to any claims arising from negligence or fault of the company or its representatives.

4.Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Explr, LLC, and its representatives from any and all claims, actions, suits, or demands, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Weekly Men's Circles.

5.Photography and Media Release: I grant Explr, LLC, the right to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media of me taken during the Weekly Men's Circles for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

6.Confidentiality: I understand that discussions and personal sharing during the Weekly Men's Circles may be sensitive and confidential. I agree not to disclose or share the personal information or stories shared by other participants outside of the Men's Circles without their explicit consent. I also understand if I share information that indicates that I am seriously planning to harm myself or another person, or if I share information about a minor that is being physically harmed, the Leaders may disclose that information directly to the police or other appropriate authorities with or without my consent.

7.Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
